Hello, my old friend. My same old problem. My endless night. I can't get my eyes to rest. As usual. A lot of things popping out in the back of my mind the second I close my eyes. Well, I guess I just want to say hello again.

Falling in Love at A Coffeeshop

Staring at empty space when suddenly I remember those feeling Of slow & peaceful morning In a small coffeeshop The one where We look each other in the eye And found That everything we need is Right there in front of us And there’s nothing We need to worry All the small bickering The unsolved problem And uneasiness that lingers Disappear with the steam of my Café Au Lait Or as the Japanese say, Cafe Ore.

Life-Saver Apps di Korea.

Hello! So I had to look for helps to the mighty internet. And here I'll share some apps that is not only life but also wallet saver. So help yourself! Subway Korea (by Malang Studio). As you may know, subway di Korea itu terlihat intimidatif untuk orang yang jarang, atau bahkan ngga pe

Merencanakan Trip Ke Korea. 6D5N.

Well halo, Setelah 3 bulan akhirnya aku berhasil mengumpulkan niat untuk nulis, mumpung euphoria Korea masih berasa. That's why I write this, so I'll remember how happy I was. Itinerary. Bikin itinerary itu gampang gampang susah. Kalau mau simple kayak yang aku lakuin kemarin kira-kira gini langkah-langkahnya: List semua lokasi yang pengen kamu da

Part Time Job, Spring Fest, & JLPT

Hello Friday The Free-day! I didn't expect it would takes so much time to finally write a new post. Another rambles (and not a series I said before) just because I feel like it. But why it takes so long tho? Becauseeee, the past two weeks has been so crazy, I had a lot of things going on , you may already have an idea from the title but I'm just gonna say it (again) anyway. I have a part time job. A few weeks ago, my friends, Luna & Hasbi, introduce me to another Indonesian people here, Mas Sobi, Najib (his son), and Fauzan. They're all so fun to hang out with but I'll introduce them further later. Long story short, both me and Luna got a contact to a place where Mas Sobi work as a part time worker, and since we were interested to do a part time job, we contacted them, had a (not really feel like) interview, met the Bucho (Department Head), and finally start working on March 27th. So now I'm a part time worker at a cake company. I work from Monday to T

Life is weird.

Life’s been weird lately. I feel like I lose control over my self. I don’t know what I want and it scares me. There are times when I just sit while looking at an empty space and think, what should I do to make this weird feeling disappear. I think food helps.

A Series

It's 1:06AM here in Utsunomiya. . I know it's late but the sudden idea that just popped in give me the urge to turn the laptop on and write. Yesterday I read an instagram-story-series from Lippielust, you can check on her instagram account (highlighted story) Then something struck in my mind: Why don't I start to post more frequently here, more consistent, and push myself to be more productive since I have a lot of free time now. So after a long time of the thinking, by a lot I mean 15minutes, I came up with this: I want to start making a series in my blog. A big commitment that I'm (not really sure but) willing to try. And I think it'll help me to have a guidance of what to write. So wish me luck and hope that I can drop the 'pilot' post of the series. And for now, Goodnight! Ajus

Bicycle Ride

Hellooo, Wow, it's only 2 days from my previous post but here I am, starting to ramble already. Bear with me. As I said before, I'm so excited because I have something big going on for my life here, but it's not gonna happen until 2 weeks so we'll get there eventually. For now, I want to brag about how I just did a 8.6km bicycle ride! My route for today  I can't say I don't feel a bit sore here and there, but hey, I made it. Never thought I'd ever do this before. I can't share the detail right now but here's the thing: You'll be happier when you least expecting. But that doesn't mean you're not doing your best. --- Well I gotta go, there's chicken to be cut, garlic to be chopped, and stomach to be filled. Ajus

Keeping Up With Life in Japan

Image
Hello, How's life? Mine is getting a bit unpredictable lately. But we'll talk about it soon For now I wanna tell you how I things started to change (as I mentioned in my previous post ). - - - When we (Bagus & I) first knew that Bagus is gonna be assigned in Japan for a year, we really had no idea of what is waiting for us there. Why? Before I ramble even further, I better tell you where in Japan we will live. For short, Utsunomiya is a capital and the largest city of Tochigi Perfecture. But, it is not Tokyo-kind-of big city (read here for more info about Utsunomiya). It is about 128km away from Tokyo, 2hours by Shinkansen. Back to topic. As I said, we both had no idea at all of what is waiting for us in Utsunomiya, well especially me. But eventually I managed to do a bit different (but better) than I originally planned. I finally cook. When I first came here, I had nothing to do because my Japanese class didn't start until a month after my arrival
